Anything Goes

Well, our lease expired as of yesterday and the real estate agent paid us a visit today to check on the garden once again. This time, she was satisfied. Finally! But she also disclosed to us that the owner said that her garden was "immaculate." Maybe that was how she last recalled it but when we took over the house after the last tenant, it was nowhere near immaculate. Not only that, she still has not confirmed whether she is coming back to live here or not. This only gives us more reason to look for another place. We're tired of the uncertainty and it is only best that we find a better place to live.

We're currently scouting the area for possible properties to transfer to. As to renting or buying our own, we still have not decided as we still have to determine if we can afford the monthly repayments. Anyway, I'll keep you posted.
