joseph shared to me an article from the manila times. this is totally outrageous! i don't know if this really transpired or they're just pulling our leg. or has this something to do with April Fools' Day?

remember the "sexual harassment" charges filed against the 77-year-old Rep. Antonio Diaz by Viva Hot Babe Anna Leah Javier? would you believe the old man proposed marriage right in front of everybody with matching song and dance number? geez! here are more excerpts from the article by RJ Ledesma:

"Javier was dumbstruck as Representative Diaz unexpectedly tore off his barong and pants to reveal a body hugging shirt and tight shiny black pants while performing his cacophonous rendition of 'Please Forgive Me' followed by 'Your Body is a Wonderland,' which brought collective fits of vomiting from the female Congressional staff members."
