Ultimate Quest

Well, we have finally bought our very first piece of exercise equipment -- the elliptical machine. It's been on our wish list for the longest time, and finally it's here! I guess it all comes down to right timing (end of financial year clearance sale) and knowing the right people (hubby's niece works for a sporting retail outlet and was able to get the machine at cost). I am hoping though that this will be enough for us to steer away from the possibility of using a weight loss product in our (well, more so for hubby!) ultimate quest to shed the excess kilos.
